Dr. Watson Asks some important questions of interest to Mountain View residents - Chiropractor Mountain View Dr. Watson Asks...

Where do most Mountain View residents get their first vertebral subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of vertebral subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Mountain View newborn.
Would you rather feel good or be healthy?
Ask most people in Mountain View and they want to feel good. Careful! Would you take medicine that makes you feel good, rather than vomit to expel improperly prepared food? Every chiropractic patient knows that you can't measure your health by how you feel. True health is when your body works as it should.

Your First Visit

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

Your first visit is very important to us

Expect to be greeted in a warm, calming atmosphere. Linnea, Averin, Healther or Dr. Watson himself might be the first face that you see when you step into the office. The receptionist desk is directly on your left.

Give yourself enough time to fill out a personal and confidential medical history that will help us specify and tailor our treatments to your health care needs. If you have old X-rays, consider bringing them with you. If you have active PPO health insurance, or are a Blue Shield or Medicare insurance card-holder, and you would like us to bill your insurance company for your visits here at Watson Chiropractic, please bring your insurance cards with you to your first visit.

If you lead a busy life-style (and who doesn't?) it might be a good idea to bring your calendar along to help you plan your visits to Watson Chiropractic in the future.

Once you have finished telling us a little about yourself on paper, be prepared to discuss with Dr. Watson any pertinent information related to your symptoms. Dr. Watson will conduct a spinal examination that involves a series of small bends forward and side to side using Baseline Performance EMG. He might also conduct a physical and a diagnostic study, or take X-rays if medically necessary.

Dr. Watson will then communicate with you exactly the kind of relief that you can expect regarding your diagnosis, your prognosis and you can both talk about the specifically tailored treatment plan just for you!
